FuCKED UP At Club Dada ON january 29th
Red Bull and Parade of Flesh kicked off Sound Select 2014 with Canadian hardcore punk rockers Fucked Up and the weird, loud, sweaty, head banging show set the tone for the series. Ain't no party like a Sound Select party.
Neutral Milk Hotel At The Majestic Theatre ON February 15th
After a 15 year hiatus Neutral Milk Hotel took the stage at the beautiful Majestic Theatre to a packed house. In the face of a few rowdy fans Jeff Magnum and company stood unfazed and took breathes away.
ST. VINCENT At the HOUSE OF BLUES ON MARch 14th
Dallas homegrown artist Annie Clark took the stage to a sold out House of Blues and put on a spectacular show with no frills just a artist who has honed her craft and left the audience wanting more.

Fresh of their performance on David Letterman, 2014 synth-pop sensations Future Islands made a stop in Dallas to a wall to wall crowd at Three Links.

tune-yards, Sylvan Esso At granada theater ON may 30th
Opener Sylvan Esso made any late arrivers regret that decision as they had the fans bouncing from the jump. A huge eye ball staring down the crowd, Garbus in a fish scale dress and hitting gangsta at the top of her lungs made for quite the experience from the Tune-Yards.
