Rodeo Goat Ice House, a casual beer and burger place opened its second location yesterday in the Dallas Design District at 1926 Market Center Blvd.
Chef Kyle Baker, former sous chef of Meddlesome Moth, will follow the same creative format for its burgers, including favorites like the Chaco Oaxaca (beef and chorizo, avocado, pico de gallo, fried egg, queso fresco and Tabasco mayo) and Olivia Darling (green olive tapenade, lettuce, tomato, roasted red pepper mayo and herb cheese spread).
Rodeo Goat’s drink menu offers 23 beers on tap, as well as bottles, including domestic and imported brews, a large selection of American and Texas craft beers, a hand-selected wine list and a unique cocktail menu featuring concoctions such as the Fainting Goat (Revolver Blood & Honey, vodka and orange juice) and “Moontang” (small-batch Texas moonshine and the drink they took to the moon).
Rodeo Goat Ice House is open for lunch and dinner daily, beginning at 11 a.m. and closing at midnight Sunday through Wednesday and at 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. For more info about Rodeo Goat, call 214-741-4628 or visit rodeogoat.com.
