RIP Dallas: What We Lost in 2025

We aren't good at goodbyes...

When one door closes, another one opens, but that doesn't make these goodbyes any easier. Unfortunately, we've lost some of Dallas' favorite places this year. We'll keep updating this page throughout the year so you don't drive across town to find a closed building.

Nusr-Et Steakhouse

Instagram famous chef Salt Bae recently announced the closure of their steakhouse earlier this year. However, the chain plans to expand in other cities.

Tina's Continental

This cocktail bar abruptly closed with zero public statement. No one knows what happened, but we're sad to see Tina's Continental close.

Trova Wine + Market

Only a couple weeks into 2025, Trova Wine is saying goodbye after an incredible five years. Read the official statement here.

Morton's The Steakhouse

After almost 40 years, Morton's The Steakhouse is closing its Dallas location. However, if you really can't part ways with this steakhouse, it has four other locations around Houston and San Antonio.

The Blue Fish

This sushi spot closed its Greenville location, but no worries, you can still visit the Allen location!

Sushi Marquee + City Works Eatery and Pour House at The Star

The Star in Frisco recently said goodbye to Sushi Marquee and City Works Eatery and Pour House. However, City Works Eatery will remain open in Fort Worth.
