In just under 10 years, the number of breweries and brewpubs in the DFW Metroplex has skyrocketed from just 2 (shoutout to OGs Franconia and Rahr & Sons) to over 80 with lots more in various stages of planning. More & more retailers, restaurants/bars, and other beer-centric businesses have also popped up to keep up with all these local suds. There are even various bike, bus, and walking tours where you can check out the scene and an annual celebration of all the things known as NTX Beer Week.
